Lucy and I flew in to Pittsburgh Int'l Thursday morning. Quite a quick flight, and Nana and PapPap met us at the security checkpoint, with a water and tea! And flowers for Lucy! We have been enjoying some cooler temps and lower humidity. Today we're going down to Pittsburgh to spend the night before tomorrow morning's marathon.

Speaking of the marathon, on Tuesday I did a quick 4 miler and began to have some bad calf pain again. Not so much the heel, but maybe some overcompensation. Anyway, I have been icing and heating, so hopefully I will make it. Much less pain now, so we will see.
