ChiRunning

So we turn to 2013 and the Pittsburgh Marathon approaches in May.  I have decided to abandon my regular training program for the ChiRunning method.  In a nutshell, you focus on a variety of other forms that helps lessen the load on your body, puts more on your 'core,' and just keeps you running with more energy.  Two runs in so far, and while difficult, I can see how this can work.  I have a long 2 hour run this morning.  We will see!
